Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a legal action within 10 business days.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

TheColoringPages.net reserves the right to terminate user access or accounts belonging to repeat infringers or those who violate intellectual property rights multiple times.

6. Misrepresentation Warning

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes a false claim or counter-notification may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.
